What does Quantilla mean?

Quantilla is a Latin word, meaning “how little”.
Axel Oxenstierna, a Swedish statesman from the 17th century, wrote a letter to his son in 1648, in which he wrote: “An nescis, mi fili, quantilla prudentia mundus regatur?“ (Do you not know, my son, with how little wisdom the world is governed?).
I couldn’t agree more.
